Be a VJ Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Entrants must be aged over 16.
  2. Only entries submitted within the Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/inbox?to_users=beavjchannel&action_compose=1within the competition section will be accepted.
  3. Unless previously stated entrants must make their own way to venues and cover all costs involved.
  4. The competition is open to UK residents only.
  5. There will be a prizewinner who will receive an invitation to a Saffron Premiere and a mini camcorder (with one night hotel accomodation and UK train travel only). The runner up will receive a mini camcorder only. To be valid entries must be received by 11th July 2009 for the Premiere tickets and mini camcorder and 29 August 2009 for the second mini-camcorder.
  6. The prizewinners will be drawn from all the entries, and contacted by the Co-operative Group. Only the winners will be contacted personally. By submitting your entry you agree to the Co-operative Group the right to use the entries as it seems fit and the best entries will be featured on the DVD.
  7. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Prize is non transferable
  8. There will be no cash alternatives. No part of the prize maybe substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  9. The Co-operative Group do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  10. The winning entries will be displayed on the Co-operative Group website, permission for this should be obtained from all those appearing in the entry before submitting your entry. You allow the Co-operative Group the right to use your entry without further agreement required
  11. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
  12. The Co-Operative Group's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
